It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed. You must immediately contact our Customer Care team herewith your change/cancellation request details included, this will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

Please leave correct email address in your order so that the order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to your inbox.

About Shipping

We have USPS, DHL, E-Packet, EMS, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, etc.
Attention: The shipping confirmation/notification will be updated with you via email when your orders are fulfilled.

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-4 working days to prepare for that.

Once your order is fulfilled, the tracking number will be updated to your inbox automatically, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company. Please ensure you leave correct email address so that the tracking number can be sent to you.
